How to Make Your Own Homemade Spaghetti Sauce For Canning

During the summer months, I like to make my2 tablespoons dried onion
own homemade spaghetti sauce. Once I have it1/2 teaspoon rosemary
made, I will freeze or can it for future use. This1/2 teaspoon thyme

1 teaspoon onion saltSterilize and clean your canning jars. (I prefer
2 teaspoons granulated sugarusing quart-sized wide mouth jars). Ladle hot
2 bay leavesmixture into hot jars. Clean the rims of jars with
2 teaspoons garlic salta clean cotton towel. Seal jars and then process in
1/2 teaspoon garlic powdera water bath canner for 30 minutes. Remove jars
2 teaspoons table saltfrom canner and allow them to cool down in a
1 teaspoon fresh ground peppernon-drafty area of your kitchen.
2 tablespoons oregano leavesNote: You can also freeze the spaghetti sauce in
1 1/2 teaspoons red pepperfreezer safe airtight container for up to 1 year.
