"I have had issues with depression in the past. For me, it was about doing little things to pull myself out of it (getting into fitness and going to the gym, trying to do little assignments for school, looking for a job, etc). I think what I would want to express about depression is that it is very elusive. It creeps up on you. Things will be fine and you think you're just having a bad day or week or semester, or you're just stressed, and then suddenly you realize you don't have motivation to do anything and you haven't felt happy in awhile.” - Anonymous
