What do you do at Bottle?

As the Creative Director, I helped revamp Bottle’s visual brand, designed the logo and website, and curate the Instagram aesthetic of my dreams.

What do you do when you’re not working for Bottle?

I’m a graphic designer at an ad agency! You can also find me drinking cold brew coffee, going to indie pop concerts, and wandering around the Whitney museum.

What would you be doing if you weren’t doing #1 or #2?

I’m still trying to figure out how I can fool Spotify into to paying me to make playlists for them, because that’s The Ultimate Dream.

What’s the best part of being the Creative Director of Bottle?

Working with some of the coolest people I know!

What’s the worst?

I have the biggest love/hate relationship with Squarespace.

What inspires you?

Good art, great people, and NYC sunsets.

What’s your favorite 90’s jam?

"You Get What You Give" by New Radicals is a MASSIVELY underrated 90’s jam.

What’s your favorite place to eat in NYC?

This is such a tough question! Probably Taqueria on St. Mark’s Place, because they make the most life-changing guacamole.

Who are your top three favorite feminists and why?

Lorde, because she’s not afraid of being intersectional, Constance Wu, for repping Taiwanese American girls and being vocal about representation, and Lauren Duca, because she’s Lauren Duca.

What’s your bottle (or booze) of choice?

Definitely moscato. Cheers!

Where can we follow you?

I'm everywhere online @izzyyyywang, and my website is izzywang.com!

Isabelle is a graphic designer who spends too much time making Spotify playlists and too much money on cold brew coffee. She currently resides in New York City, where she works full time at an advertising agency making PowerPoints look pretty. When she’s not working or sleeping, you can find her wandering around the Whitney museum or going to indie pop concerts. Her friends all call her Izzy, and sometimes they call her “Virginia” (it’s a long story).
